Here’s where we start getting to know each other. I’ll ask questions about health history, your current concerns, and short- and long-term goal setting. We’ll decide together what’s most pressing and where to start.

My rate is $75/hour and the first session usually runs 1.5 hours ($112.00). Subsequent sessions are always an hour or less.

The following packages are available, but I’m also willing to meet just once if that’s what you need.

3 session package = $220.00
5 session package = $350.00
